Honoring Appointments & Commitments
Please Value Our Time Like We Value Yours
Once you reserve a lesson time or workshop time, you are financially responsible for that time. Lessons and workshops require a substantial amount of coordination and planning on our part in addition to the time spent teaching the lesson. Special attention has been put into each student’s needs and requirements before the session begins. Therefore, there is no reduction in tuition or make-ups for lessons or workshops you fail to attend.
- After you sign-up for lessons or workshops, we will honor our commitment to you by holding your time and will not schedule another lesson or workshop during that period. Your lesson time is exclusively held for you
- Our appointment policy works both ways: if we fail to honor our commitment, we will compensate you for the lesson or workshop time you reserved by payment.
- We take pride in being on time for all classes. Therefore, if you are picking up your child after their music lesson, we thank you in advance for arriving on time, so the next student’s scheduled time is not impacted.
- If lessons or workshops should fall on a holiday, they will either be rescheduled, or an adjustment will be made in tuition.
